How long until I receive my product?

From time of you placing your order until receiving it, it generally takes 5-7 business days but allow up to 10 business days.

Where does MFP ship from?

All MFP products are made and ship from Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada.

What do I have to do if I want to ship to the USA?

Be sure to enter in the correct address and MFP will take care of shipping and all shipping costs. The receiver, however, will be responsible for paying any customs, duty fees, or tarrif charges that may incur.

How much is shipping?

MFP pays for shipping. Some exclusions may apply and the customer will be notified as such.

What if I have a product idea but I don’t see it on the website?

MFP is dedicated to working with all customers, big or small, even one-off products. Message us directly to see if we can bring your ideas to life!

What is the warranty policy?

All MFP products have 3 months manufacture defect warranty from the time that you receive the product.

What is your return policy?

New/Unused products can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping product back to MFP and shipping expenses.

What payment options do you have?

We only accept credit card payment only at this time.

How much can the grapple lift?

There are a lot of determining factors to how much the grapple can lift. A few of those factors are;

Hydraulic pressure, 4x5 units are generally factor rated at 900PSI and newer X series units are 1200PSI. Average lift capacity is 500lb on an evenly distributed load close to the Quick Hitch. ALWAYS USE APPROPRIATE BALLAST.
